Project Overview:

Partnered with a global specialist audiovisual integration firm to spearhead the AV BIM delivery for a massive, multi-million dollar leisure and urban entertainment destination in the Middle East. The complex architecture features diverse technical zones under one roof, including multi-level e-karting tracks, cinema complexes, immersive virtual reality attractions, and multi-purpose live event venues.  Our Scope & Deliverables:

• Package BIM Management: Assumed the central BIM management role for the specialized AV engineering contract, defining data standards and ensuring smooth collaboration within the master federated model.

• High-Density Technical Modeling: Modeled complex networks of AV devices, display matrices, speaker arrays, and media server systems to millimeter-level accuracy.

• Clash Resolution & Spatial Coordination: Coordinated routing interfaces for all dedicated AV infrastructure against heavy MEP, structural concrete cores, and architectural elements to guarantee zero on-site spatial conflicts.

• Installation Shop Drawings: Produced detailed, construction-ready shop drawings and equipment setting out sheets, providing precise technical documentation for specialized site assembly and containment routing.
