Project Overview: Contributed to the structural delivery of a major £200M landmark high-rise development, including one of the region's tallest residential structures.
The project demanded high-density reinforcement detailing and strict multi-discipline coordination to support a 155-meter skyscraper core and deep-piled foundations.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Structural Drafting & Modeling: Produced precise 3D structural models and 2D layouts for the primary reinforced concrete (RC) elements, focusing on high-rise core integrity and structural efficiency.
Rebar Intent Detailing: Interpreted complex engineering calculations to model and detail structural rebar intent, ensuring heavily reinforced areas complied perfectly with design requirements and buildability standards.
Cross-Discipline Coordination: Structural coordination workflows with MEP, architectural, and facade teams to resolve spatial conflicts, ensuring all structural openings, heavy equipment zones, and structural interfaces were completely clash-free.
Setting Out & Construction Details: Developed comprehensive setting out sheets and critical structural connection details, providing the site team with the exact technical data needed for accurate on-site execution.
