• Structural Modeling & Documentation: Produced high-fidelity 3D structural models and a full set of construction-ready drawings and technical details.

• Data Management (COBie): Managed project data requirements, including the structured population of COBie parameters to ensure seamless asset information handover.

• Multidisciplinary Clash Detection: Led the technical coordination effort by performing systematic clash detection between structural, MEP, and architectural models, resolving critical spatial conflicts before construction.

• Workflow Optimization: Utilized advanced Revit workflows to maintain model health and documentation consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
